Vium is the first company to create a living informatics platform for preclinical in vivo drug research. Applying intelligent sensors, computer vision, machine learning, and cloud computing, Vium enables scientists to conduct higher quality studies, increase data velocity and make better and faster decisions. Joining as employee number 10, I was the Lead Product Designer for 2 years as the company grew to 50+ people.

For my Master's final project, I lead a team of fellow students as we developed a tool to improve the pedestrian experience. Street Savvy is a mobile web app that aggregates and maps time-sensitive safety data so walkers can make more informed decisions about which route to take. Winner of U.C. Berkeley's 2014 Chen Award for UX.

Acted as both the primary UX Researcher and the secondary Information Architect on a small team which adapted a standard Salesforce build to provide coordinated care for patients with dementia.
